The information that you enter into the request form will appear on the licence document so please be sure it is accurate at the time you submit your request.
The final stage of the Request Wizard form is a review page to verify if the information you’ve entered into the form is correct. You can go back at this stage and edit your request.
Unfortunately, once the request is submitted, we cannot amend the details of your request.
If you have noticed an error in your request, you will most likely need to resubmit your request.
There are certain aspects of the request that can be updated after submission:
- Name and address - You can add additional licensee names and addresses in your Account Settings page. Further instructions on updating the name and address on your licence can be found here.
- Additional rights - If you need further rights added to your request (such as another format or a larger circulation) leave a comment on your request for the publisher to review before they respond to the request. If the licence has already been granted, you will need to submit a new request for the additional rights.
Other updates will need to be resubmitted:
- If you need to add additional material from the work being licensed (such as an additional quote or image), you will need to submit another request for the additional content.
- If you need to amend the material being licensed (such as changing the number of words or page numbers of the content), you will need to submit a new request.
