When you register with PLSclear, you will need to confirm your email address before your request is submitted to the publisher. If you do not confirm your account, any requests you submit will be 'held'.
If your request is held, you will be notified after logging into PLSclear.
If you have not received a confirmation email when setting up your account, check if the email is in your spam folder or that any spam filters or firewalls are not blocking the email. You can also request a new confirmation email if necessary.
