When you submit your first request through PLSclear, you will receive a pop up asking you to confirm your email address for your request to be submitted.
If you have not received a confirmation email when setting up your account, check if the email is in your spam folder or that your spam filter or firewalls are not preventing the email from reaching you.
You can also request a new confirmation email via your Request Manager.
