While there may be occasions when you receive a licence almost instantly, sometimes a permission request may take some time to be processed. For this reason, we do advise requestors to allow 6-8 weeks for processing as some publishers have longer lead times.
If you have not received a response within a reasonable amount of time, you can follow up with the publisher by leaving a comment on the request. This will highlight the request and send it to the top of the publisher's Request Manager inbox for review.
To leave a comment, click on the request you would like to follow up on within your Request Manager inbox and select 'Add a comment' from the request options drop down.
