If your email is not recognised, you may have a publisher account. Publishers must reset their password through PLS Account Manager as the details work across both platforms. Please do not create a new account in PLSclear with your publisher email address. Your publisher account can be used to manage permissions for your titles and to clear permissions for other third-party content.
If you have a requestor account, please check you are typing your email address correctly and there are no extra spaces or punctuation before or after the address. Alternatively, it may mean that you do not have an account with us yet. You can register for a free account here.
