If you need to change any personal details on your account or add an address that should appear on your licence documents, you can do so directly in PLSclear, by clicking on 'Account Settings' in the top right hand corner of the page when you are logged into your account.
The only thing you are unable to change directly in your account is your email address (as it is user to authenticate your login). If you require an email address change, please contact us through our customer service portal.
