If you are having technical problems submitting your request (such as issues pressing the send button), there could be a couple of reasons why this is.
Required Fields in the Request Wizard
Check that you have filled in all the required fields in the Request Wizard Form. If there are required fields missing, they will be highlighted in pink.
Missing Information in your Account Settings
Please check that all the required fields in your Account Settings page are filled in; if they are incomplete this could be preventing you from submitting your request.
If you have copied/pasted any information in the form (particularly from a Word document or PDF), there may be invisible characters entered in the form that are preventing the request from being submitting. Try typing the information rather than copying/pasting into the form.
Log out of your PLSclear account, clear your cookies and cache, and disable any ad blockers that could be preventing the request from submitting. Then try to complete the task again.
Alternatively, try to complete your request using a different web browser (e.g. Chrome, Explorer, Firefox etc.).
