When we set up a billing account, we require a centralised finance contact who will receive copies of all sales invoices generated in PLSclear for their company. This also includes receiving copies of statements showing any outstanding amounts.
If you should no longer be the designated finance contact, please contact us directly with details of a new contact.
Please note, as we can only keep one finance contact on file, we suggest you provide us with a general email address to your finance department.
