To make it easier for requestors to view and download invoices and licences, we’ve introduced two new folders to the Request Manager inbox: My Licences and My Invoices.
Any invoices that have been requested will appear here once they have been issued following our monthly invoice run. This usually occurs during the last week of the month.
The same invoice may be associated with more than one request ID, this is because multiple requests can appear on the one invoice. Please see the helpdesk article ‘I would like only one/all requests on the same invoice’ for more information.
To see what invoice is associated with a request, please refer to the invoice reference number (which will begin with SJI).
You can download the invoice by clicking on the PDF icon.
You can also extract the data from this folder into an Excel spreadsheet by clicking on the 'Export' icon at the top of the page.
Any licences that have been granted will appear in this folder.
